Our purpose is to honor our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, by carrying out His command to make disciples of all people groups and by multiplying churches.

Specifically, we believe God has called us to focus on reaching those in Shimada and the surrounding area.

In order to accomplish this, Living Water Fellowship will be an equipping center where every Christian can be developed to his or her full potential for ministry.

Therefore: This development will come through,

That allows our hearts and minds to praise God with freedom and joy. To be led by the Spirit into the presence of God.

Practical, designed to encourage believers to be self-feeding, faithful Bible readers.

As a way to love people. A place for the indwelling life of Christ to flow out in ministry to others in meaningful relationships. A place to find acceptance, encouragement and forgiveness.

An open door of anticipation to the presence of the Holy Spirit. A strong desire to see the fruit of character formed in each of us and the gifts of the Spirit in full operation so that we might be a ministering, outward looking, body of believers.

The Bible to be the inspired, the only infallible, authoritative Word of God.

That there is one God, eternally existent in three persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit.

In the deity of our Lord Jesus Christ, in His virgin birth, in His sinless life, in His miracles, in His vicarious and atoning death through His shed blood, in His bodily resurrection, in His ascension to the right hand of the Father, and in His personal return in power and glory.

That for the salvation of lost and sinful man, regeneration by the Holy Spirit is absolutely essential.

In the present ministry of the Holy Spirit by whose indwelling the Christian is enabled to live a godly life.

In the baptism with the Holy Spirit and in the exercise of spiritual gifts.

In the resurrection of both the saved and the lost; they that are saved unto the resurrection of life and they that are lost unto the resurrection of damnation.

In the spiritual unity of believers in our Lord Jesus Christ.

We also embrace and adapt the Nicean Creed of AD325 and Chalcedon Creed of AD451.
